Meet Our Team

IPC is a family-owned construction management and owner's representative firm. Larry and Lynn Persinger were part of the ownership team at Baugh Construction in Seattle that sold to Skanska in 1999. They started Pacific Construction Management soon after selling, and their son Mark joined their team at PCM. The three of them eventually started IPC in 2010. They love getting to work with one another and strive to treat each employee like family.

Our team is comprised of construction professionals who come from general contracting and engineering backgrounds, and are project management experts for the planning, design, procurement, construction and post-construction phases of capital improvement projects. We love building lasting relationships and creating amazing projects.
