PROJECT DETAILS

Construction Management services were provided for this new 24 megawatt biomass power plant. Our services focused heavily on budgeting and estimating in the effort to obtain low interest bond financing for the project. We provided the oversight and input to create and collect the documentation and systems required for managing the project. Working with the project engineer we completed the procurement for all materials, equipment and subcontractors.
