PROJECTS
In the Fall 2022 Turnaround, select process equipment at the Group 400 Acid Plant, including the cold heat exchanger, No. 1 economizer, and waste heat boiler, were replaced due to reaching end-of-service life. The project involved meticulous planning, 3D design modeling, and 24/7 support to ensure a smooth and safe execution, with all tasks completed on schedule.
IPC managed the construction of a new nitric acid plant, replacing an outdated unit, while ensuring seamless integration with existing operations and utilities. The project involved meticulous planning, detailed assessments, and active collaboration with the owner's team, resulting in a successful installation and start-up that met cost and quality expectations.
