CalPlant I, LLC - MDF Plant
This $450 million first of its kind project in northern California uses 300,000 tons per year of rice straw to produce 150,000,000 square feet per year of medium density fiberboard (MDF). We performed all procurement, oversight of engineering, and construction management activities for this unique project.

Project Management / Construction Management services were provided for this first of its kind rice straw based Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) plant. We did all procurement, management, and coordination of multiple engineering companies, and oversight of all construction activities. We also provided site safety services. Construction was performed on a multiple prime contract basis.
