Windsor Quality Foods

Windsor Quality Food Co renovated the former Mississippi Beef Processors plant, which was built in 2003. Windsor had a plant start-up in early 2008 and employment of approximately 150-200 people when the first phase of renovations was completed. The plant was initially a meat packing facility, while the new conversion is a frozen food facility. The plant has the capacity to employ more than 400 people across 6-8 production lines over time.
