Construction Consulting Service Offerings
Industrial Projects Consulting (IPC) is based in Lake Oswego, OR. We provide owner's representative, project management, construction management, and consulting services for clients throughout the United States.
Services
Consulting
Many of our clients look to us to provide a professional consulting service. Our capabilities include feasibility studies, value engineering, budgeting and estimating, scheduling, procurement, staff augmentation, project and program development, and project planning.
Project Management
As a Project Manager, IPC bridges the gap between our client, the design professional, and the trade contractors. We pay close, continuous attention to the details of our client’s project so that they can remain focused on managing their business.
Owner's Representative
IPC can act as a representative that looks out for the best interest of our client during an independent project phase or for the duration of the project. Our team works with the Owners existing staff to enhance the team’s capabilities and to fill gaps in expertise.
Program Management
When an Owner is faced with a series of capital improvement projects across several facilities, they can benefit from the input of a consultant that can develop a comprehensive, consistent plan to implement these projects. IPC can look at the entire program to determine where the program implementation process can be streamlined to positively impact the overall cost, schedule, and quality.
