PROJECT DETAILS
Multiple control systems were migrated to a single new system. The team created a custom database to aggregate all 3,000+ I/O points and manage the different migrations needed. We implemented rigorous document control systems to record the current project and to organize existing plant documentation. Much of the migration work was done during a round-the-clock plant outage. Following the outage, all plant control loops were documented by installation drawings and loop sheets, facilitating future upgrades, or troubleshooting.
