Kroger - Dairy Upgrade Projects

Construction Management services were provided for 20 upgrade projects including a new milk bottle extrusion line, a new case washer, a new testing lab, and the renovation of an existing clean-in-place facility.

Our team created budgets, put the project out to bid, negotiated contracts with the subcontractors, and provided project oversight during construction. We were also asked to provide assistance with Kroger’s $10,000,000 plant expansion when Kroger experienced problems with their selected General Contractor. Our team was able to help Kroger get the project back on budget and schedule.
