Project Details

IPC’s team provided Construction Management services for the conversion of an existing meat packing facility into a frozen food production facility for Windsor Fine Foods. We created the budget for the conversion and provided the procurement of materials and labor. We also provided on site supervision and coordination of the subcontractors.
