Our owners have been in the industrial contracting industry for over 35 years, and have experience managing projects throughout the United States.

Columbia Biogas

This Portland, OR food waste processing facility is designed to convert food waste to energy. IPC is currently serving as the Project Manager for design and construction.

Larry Persinger

Larry Persinger

Larry has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry in the commercial and industrial arenas. He has worked in both field and office capacities ranging from project engineering to project management to corporate officer. Larry has been President of one of the 50 largest general contractors in the country and Sr. Vice President of one of the ten largest electrical contractors in the U.S. He is highly regarded in the construction industry in the areas of project management, contract negotiation, corporate administration, business development and business planning.

Lynn Persinger

Lynn Persinger

Lynn has spent the past 9 years working in industrial construction. She has field and office experience ranging from project controls to project management to account management on projects ranging from $20 million to over $250 million. Her expertise includes contract preparation and negotiation, project implementation, insurance, licensing, financial oversight and recruiting.

Mark Persinger

Mark Persinger

Mark came to Industrial Projects Consulting with a combination of construction and military experience. Mark has worked in the construction industry for 5 years, and he spent 8 years in the U.S. Navy serving as a nuclear reactor operator. Mark's experience includes both design management and construction management on heavy industrial and high tech construction projects. He has been responsible for a variety of large electrical and instrumentation refit projects and has overseen several plant shutdowns and startups.

John Doherty

John has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, both in the industrial and commercial arenas. He has worked in both field and office capacities and has experience in field management, estimating, and project management. John is well versed in all areas of project management, including design development, estimating, contract administration, scope control, budgeting, scheduling, commissioning, and contract closeout. John has experience with new construction as well as plant modifications and turnarounds. John has worked for self perform industrial contractors and construction managers which gives him a unique perspective when managing projects.

Cary Redmond

Cary has demonstrated leadership in engineering and project management, capital project execution, and business operations spanning nearly 40 years. His strong track record implementing effective team management results in the successful execution of capital projects, while improving corporate revenues. Cary has prepared schematic and conceptual designs, options analysis, and capital and engineering estimates in several industries. He has considerable experience managing design teams and resource scheduling. His personal mission is to work with industry leaders in the industrial and manufacturing sectors, working with teams of people to make their organizations World Class.

Jon Zane

Jon is a diligent safety professional with comprehensive experience in the Mining, Industrial Construction, and Oil and Gas industries. His broad-based background in both OSHA and MSHA has allowed him to develop sound judgment and decision-making skills, as well as a strong aptitude for analyzing and interpreting safety trends. He has strong knowledge of above ground mining, underground mining, and heavy industrial construction site safety management.

Brad Elsea

Brad came to Industrial Projects Consulting in 2016 with over 20 years of telecommunications and field project management experience. Brad was in the U.S. Army and the U.S Air Force for a combined 11 years serving as a telecommunications technician. Brad then spent 10 years at a Fortune 50 company as a telecommunications technician focusing on managing commercial projects, public entity projects, and company initiative special projects from the field.

Michael Budroe

Mike is an Electrical Engineer with over 23 years of experience at both the corporate and plant level managing industrial projects and engineering/maintenance departments in the Gypsum Wallboard, Cement, Silica Sand and Insulation Industries. His experience includes Arc Flash compliance, installation/expansions of power distribution (480V, 4160V & 34.5kV), material handling & grinding systems, combustion/drying systems, process control (PLC/HMI & VFD) upgrades, and environmental control systems. Mike has managed numerous plant expansions, short turn projects and extended maintenance outages, while also being a complementary component on large industrial Greenfield project teams. As a Maintenance Manager, Mike has initiated and maintained Predictive Maintenance programs in both the MSHA and OSHA industrial environments.
